Delivery - what to expect

Standard UK delivery should take 2 – 4 working days from dispatch.  We try to pack and process all orders the next working day after receipt.  Please note this is an estimate only and we are only able to delivery as quickly as our couriers can work.

For standard delivery your order will be delivered by RoyalMail 48.

If you have set up a safe place with Royal Mail, Royal Mail will deliver your item to the safe place.  We will have no liability to customers who have selected a safe place where Royal Mail can show that the item has been delivered there as it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their designated safe place is indeed secure.  

Standard delivery charges

  • We charge £3.95 for orders below £60
  • Orders of £60 and above are posted free of charge.

The service we use is fully trackable and delivery usually takes around 2 – 4 working days. Our couriers count Monday – Friday as the standard working days (with exception to any Bank Holidays).

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll be notified via email as well as receiving a text message and/or email from the carrier with your tracking details.

If you are not going to be in, please allocate a safe place or , if you have no safe place available the item will be returned to the depot and you can collect at your convenience.  If the item is returned to us we will arrange redelivery but you will be charged for this.  Postage costs will be deducted from your order if the item is returned to us and refunded, even if you did not pay postage for the original delivery.

Next working day  delivery – for orders placed before 1pm

We use RoyalMail 24 for our next day delivery option.  94% of parcels will be delivered the next working day but unfortunately there is no 100% guarantee (we cannot provide this as Royal Mail are unable to provide it).  In the event that your parcel does not reach you next working day, we will be happy to refund the difference between standard and next day delivery charges.

Next working day delivery charges

We offer Royal Mail 24 at a cost of £7.50.

The service is fully trackable and 94% of orders are delivered the next working day.  Our couriers count Monday – Friday as the standard working days (with exception to any Bank Holidays.) 

If you order after 1pm on a Friday or over the weekend/bank holiday your order will be treated as having been received on Monday morning and the next working day will be Tuesday unless Monday is a bank holiday.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll be notified via email as well as receiving a text message and/or email from the carrier with your tracking details. 

Click and Collect from our North Street, Bristol Shop

Click and Collect orders will be ready for collection from our North Street shop the following day, after 12 midday. We are open for order collections as follows:

  • Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm; and 
  • Sunday 10am to 4pm for order collections.

No delivery charges are applied for this service. 

Please ensure you have your order number ready to quote upon collection.

There is no time limit on how long we hold collection orders.  Collect at your convenience!  

Returns and refunds

Damaged or faulty items

We do everything we can to ensure that your package is packed with love and care.  However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with the condition, just contact us within three working days by calling 0117 329 3343 or contact us here

We will help you return the item to receive a full refund or replacement.  We will meet the return shipping costs if your item is damaged in transit or otherwise faulty.

Change of mind returns

This does not apply to pierced earrings which are non-returnable.

So that you can shop with confidence you have 14 days to change your mind from the date of delivery.  

Please hold on to any packaging until you know that you are keeping your new items as if you change your mind, we’ll ask you to return the items in their original condition and packaging in order to prevent any damage in transit.  Please do not mark the packaging.

Please ensure that the items are packaged securely as we are unable to refund items which don't reach us in a saleable condition.

Customers must return at their own cost, but we’d suggest you use a trackable service and retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
