The below terms and conditions form part of the contract with us and you when you purchase from our website.  By purchasing items on our website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

3. Delivery

We use a number of trusted partners to deliver your goods including My Hermes, UPS and Royal Mail. However we reserve the right to use other couriers to obtain competitive rates. If you are not available to accept delivery of your order, a calling card will be left for you so that you can rearrange delivery.

If you specify a safe place, your order will not require a signature.

4. Delivery Times

Standard Delivery

We estimate that an order placed for standard delivery will take between 3-5 working days to reach you. This timescale is an estimate only.

Next Working Day Delivery

For orders placed before 12 noon we will purchase a 24 hour delivery service via MyHermes next day or Parcelforce 24 on your behalf and we will ensure that your parcel reaches the courier prior to the cutoff for next day delivery. Please note that the service is not 100% guaranteed as no courier will ever offer a 100% guarantee of their service.  

5. How do I pay?

You can pay using your credit card, debit card or your paypal account. Paypal operates all of these services securely on our behalf.

6. What if my order is faulty?

Please let us know within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange for your item to be refunded or replaced. Please provide photographs and retain the item until we confirm that the item should be disposed of. The item remains our property particularly if we have provided a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not available to return to us.

6. What if I change my mind?

That’s fine! You can cancel the contract within 7 days of making the order. If a courier service has been booked we refund the order less the wasted shipping costs.

If the order has already been received by you, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt (except pierced earrings - see below). Please ensure that you return your order unused and in it's original packaging.  If we receive a used item, pierced earrings or an item which is out of it's original packaging or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse to refund these items as we are unable to resell them.  We will of course return the item to you if you require but you will be liable for our postage costs in doing so.

We are unable to accept returns on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons whether or not you have these/tried them on.  

Unfortunately we cannot provide free returns at this time and you will also need to obtain appropriate tracking and insurance for your return - we do not accept liability for returned items which are lost on their way back to us and you will need to address any losses with your chosen service provider.

7.  What else do I need to know?

The most important thing is to check that you have given us the correct information.  You receive an automated payment receipt once you have placed your order and this will state your order, the amount paid and the billing and delivery address you have provided.  If you notice an error please notify us and we will do our best to sort things out.  If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to make an amendment to the delivery address but we will do our best to get your order back from the courier and safely to you.  We cannot be responsible for any delays caused.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you provide an incorrect address and your order is shipped to this address we may be unable to recover it and we are not liable to refund you in these circumstances.
