Loyalty

Find out how to collect Mon Points through our new loyalty programme.  We can hardly believe that the shop turned seven on 1 April 2023.  We know that many of the faces we see on the shop floor have been along for the ride since day one and we couldn't do it without you!

We have tried to keep the loyalty programme as straightforward as possible and we are always on hand to help.

Hopefully all the information you need can be found here:

• Collect 1 point for every pound you spend in store or online. 
• Redeem points for a discount off your next purchase online or in store

• You will need to provide us with your email address, first name and surname.  You don't need a card, everything is collected against your email.
• It's important that you only sign up once and use a single email address as we won't be able to link up points collected under separate email addresses (let us know if you think you have used two different sign ups as we can help delete one).
• Once enrolled, if shopping in store, you can just let us know your email and first name and we can attribute any sales to your account so your points accrue. 
• To use your points online you will need to register a password.  Click on the widget that takes you to our loyalty programme online.  Once you have created a password you will collect points every time you shop online.
• If you have previously registered to receive our newsletters you will still need to actively sign up to the loyalty programme.  We can then make sure that all of your data is accurate and up to date.
• Points will expire after 12 months, don't worry you will receive a notification before they are due to expire
• Rewards cannot be stacked.  The maximum reward you can redeem off a purchase is 20% off for which you'll need to have collected 300 points, If you have points left over after this, these can contribute towards your next discount against a future purchase.
• The discount code that is triggered from collecting a certain amount of points is a one time only reward and will expire once used.  If you return the an item you have used a discount on, the discount cannot be used again.  However you will of course accrue points on anything that you exchange the item for.
