Scandinavian interior design will always hold a place in our heart, and to put it frankly we’re a little bit obsessed with modern Scandinavian interior design. We’ve loved seeing and embracing the Japndi trend, but we still very much in love the simplicity and warmth of the Scandinavian style and interiors.

While Scandinavian interiors are renowned for their focus on monochromatic tones, we love the use of lots of white and open spaces, but we also love it’s use of a lighter colour palette with hints of blush pink or soft pastel blue thrown in for a subtle dash of colour - perfect for decorating your home this Spring! 

With a change in season we cannot wait to decorate with Scandivian interiors for spring, and as we cannot deny the unpredictable nature of British weather, and the importance of still it cosy with Scandinavian interiors. For example, lots of cosy and warm soft home furnishings like our Nordal knitted cushion covers, large Scandi style patterned rugs to keep your feet toasty, as well as cosy blankets for those cold nights.

Of course with Scandinavian interior design style it’s important to have some elements of rustic interiors in the house, for example earthy tableware in natural colours as well as lots of candles to create a cosy atmosphere, as well as natural materials such as our woven storage baskets.
