1. Where do you ship?

3. Delivery

We use a number of trusted partners to deliver your goods including My Hermes, UPS and Royal Mail.  However we reserve the right to use other couriers to obtain competitive rates.  If you are not available to accept delivery of your order, a calling card will be left for you so that you can rearrange delivery.

If you specify a safe place, your order will not require a signature.

4. How do I pay?

You can pay using your credit card, debit card or your paypal account.  Paypal operates all of these services securely on our behalf.

5. Why have you chosen Paypal as your payment partner?

There are lots of reasons.  From a customer service perspective: we always want to treat you well and let you return faulty/unwanted items for a timely refund.  However, if (heaven forbid) you ever have problems with us, you are assured of the extra level of protection that paypal offers.  We are confident that you will never have to use this but we are happy that it is there for you.

From our perspective: Paypal was easy to integrate into our site and we only pay fees when we sell something, so it works out well for us too.

6. What if my order is faulty?

Please let us know within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange for your item to be refunded or replaced.

7. What if I change my mind?

That’s fine! You can cancel the contract within 7 days of making the order.  If the order has already been received you can return them to us within 28 days of receipt.  Unfortunately we cannot provide free returns at this time (hopefully in the future) and you will also need to obtain appropriate tracking for your return.

8.  What else do I need to know?

The most important thing is to check that you have given us the correct information.  You receive an automated payment receipt once you have placed your order and this will state your order, the amount paid and the billing and delivery address you have provided.  If you notice an error please notify us and we will do our best to sort things out.  If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to make an amendment to the delivery address but we will do our best to get your order back from the courier and safely to you.  We cannot be responsible for any delays caused.

PLEASE NOTE:  although we use Paypal as our payment service provider, we do not have access to any details you share with Paypal other than whether or not you have made a payment to us.  Therefore, we will not pick up on differences between the address details you give to us and the address details Paypal holds for you and we cannot “cross check” this information to ensure that you have provided the correct address.
